Industry 4.0 in Volkswagen

   As the world evolves and changing to the better so does the technology. New factories will combine the co-operation between employees and robot. New jobs will be created and new intelligent productive lines will give the sign for the new digitization era. 3D printing will produce difficult designs that in the past time was needed, new data analysts will analyse every information of the production line. New domains will shape the future in  the job industry in the next decade giving new potential for the employees to develop their skills, their imagination, their expertise. The Volkswagen Group has already actively preparing its work Force for the future.
